Key Responsibilities Generate sales by converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. Promote domestic and international holiday packages to prospective customers. Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable itineraries. Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and cost estimates. Follow up with leads through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and transport partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and promotional offers.

Interaction with customers, submission of techno-commercial offers, negotiations, order finalization and post order activities etc Qualification: BE Mechanical with technical sales background. Location: Delhi. Professionals having 8-12 years of relevant experience would be considered for the position of Sales Manager. WFH option is available.
