Role – Deputy Director - Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech Hiring) Reports to – Head of Talent Acquisition About the Role In this leadership role, you will take complete ownership of the non-tech talent acquisition function. You'll develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, manage and coach a team of recruiters, and ensure a seamless and data-driven recruitment experience for all hiring managers. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for all non-tech functions, aligned with the company's overall business goals. Partner with branding teams to develop and implement an employer branding strategy to attract top talent in the non-tech space. Oversee the performance and development of a high-performing recruitment team, providing coaching and mentorship. Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche non-tech positions, including designing and executing search strategies, sourcing top talent, and leading the interview process. Foster a strong relationship with external recruiting partners to optimize talent acquisition efforts. Data & Analytics: Implement a data-driven approach to recruitment, analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain talent maps for critical non-tech roles. Utilize data to inform strategic decision-making and influence hiring discussions. The Opportunity We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Search to join our Product Management team . In this role, you'll own the strategy, definition, and execution of enterprise search across Simpplr — powering both Magnus (our AI assistant) and the Simpplr platform. You'll shape how employees find the right knowledge, content, and answers across the entire enterprise, quickly, accurately, and securely.
