Reporting to the Director, Facilities, the Workplace Services Manager will be responsible for a wide range of activities; office moves, daily facilities and workplace operations, event coordination, space planning, implementing a Facility Management System and other logistical needs. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership, customer-service, and facilities expertise. Our goal is to provide a great workplace experience where all Robloxians can operate efficiently and effectively in a clean, safe and fun environment. Role is based in San Mateo, CA from Monday through Friday You Will: Manage the daily operations of our San Mateo offices Develop and implement a hospitality-oriented, forward-thinking, data-driven workplace strategy focused on cultivating success across Roblox Proficient Management in Space Planning for Roblox HQ, including small satellite offices.
