About the role You’ll be a hands-on, high-agency designer with a strong product mindset. We build intelligent voice agents that businesses can deploy at scale. The challenge? We build great products, but too few people outside our existing customers know about them. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to change that. This Role You’ll own Product GTM end-to-end - from positioning and messaging to launches, product education, and adoption. You’ll work closely with founders, Product, Engineering, and Sales to turn complex technical capabilities into stories, demos, and content that customers understand and care about. You’ll also own the journey from first touch to product activation , identifying drop-offs and driving initiatives to improve adoption. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys going deep into a technical product and can use and demo the product themselves . What You’ll Do Own GTM for product launches and major feature releases. Develop positioning, messaging, launch narratives, and product stories . Create launch assets - demos, product pages, documentation, comparison pages, presentations, and content. Own product activation and adoption; identify funnel gaps and work with Product/Growth to improve them. Run webinars, demos, and product education initiatives. Build competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and battlecards. Partner with Sales to understand customer objections and translate them into better GTM. Work with founders, Product, Engineering, and Growth to shape how Bolna goes to market. What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of Product Marketing experience , ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, or technical products.
