WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the Guest Experience β’ Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house β’ Stay visible on the floor and interact with guests to assess and elevate their experience β’ Always uphold operating procedures and guest safety and satisfaction standards β’ Ensure all guest areas are fully staffed and functioning efficiently Coach and Develop the Team β’ Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment β’ Drive team member engagement and create a team culture rooted in care and accountability β’ Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development β’ Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure completion Manage Operations β’ Execute opening and closing procedures
