About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage, support, and grow our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our Salesforce Team and partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to help translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions. Manage data quality initiatives including deduplication, data imports/exports, and integrity audits. Evaluate, implement, configure, and manage AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations. Partner with developers and architects on complex customizations and integrations beyond declarative capabilities. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and administrators. Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features. Support production issues during business hours; participate in a rotational on-call schedule alongside senior team members for after-hours escalations. Be willing to work in office 4 days a week.
