Gtm Enablement Leader in Cork

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to grow our GTM FP&A team. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with the business to drive decision-making and resource planning. The Senior Analyst is expected to make significant contributions to the success of MongoDB by working with executives and team leaders to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic business initiatives. This position requires an adaptable self-starter who is able to work comfortably and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization, takes tasks from start to finish and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This will be a hybrid role in our Dublin or Cork office for two days per week, reporting to management in NYC. Responsibilities: Business Partnering: Quickly establish positive relationships and become a key advisor for your GTM partners across the Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Acceleration, and Sales Operations departments allowing you to build a solid understanding of business drivers and ensuring alignment with company objectives Forecasting: Build and maintain detailed financial and operating models to support your stakeholders in all aspects of their budgets and forecasts including headcount planning and resource optimization Analyzing: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and build financial models to guide leaders toward efficient operating strategies, resource allocation, and investments in GTM initiatives Reporting: Support financial month-end close activities, including headcount reconciliations, accrual reviews, and budget vs. actuals analysis and financial reporting Operational Effectiveness: Improve and scale business, operational, and financial processes understood by all key stakeholders, including standardizing and automating reports and improving how we leverage internal systems and tools What You'll Need: Bachelor’s Degree; finance, business or economics preferred 3-5 ye

Within GTM Operations, the GTM Intelligence – Applied Science team turns complex GTM data into tools, models, and insights that help our sales organization make better, faster decisions across our people, segmentation, territory design, forecasting, and account prioritization. As a Senior Analyst on the Applied Science team, you will own high‑impact analytical workstreams end‑to‑end: from problem framing with senior GTM stakeholders, to data engineering and model design, through to productionalized workflows, dashboards, and executive‑ready narratives that drive concrete changes in the field. This role is based in Dublin, Ireland and supports a global stakeholder set across regions and GTM functions. What You’ll Do Translate GTM questions into analytical projects Partner with GTM Ops, Sales Strategy & Planning, Sales Leadership, and Central Analytics to scope problems, define success criteria, and prioritize work across areas like segmentation, territory design, account prioritization, and pipeline/forecast health. Structure ambiguous questions into hypotheses, analytical plans, and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders (SVPs, RVPs, functional leaders). Design and build scalable analytics & models Develop and maintain statistical and machine learning models (e.g., NARR prediction, deal qualification, account momentum, workload identification) that inform forecast expectations, territory assignments, and deal prioritization. Engineer robust data pipelines and features (SQL/Python) on top of our GTM data stack (Salesforce, product usage, call transcripts, marketing signals, etc.) in partnership with data and platform teams.
