Core Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management & Replenishment Monitor and manage inventory levels across all fulfillment locations. Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends, lead times, seasonality, and inbound shipment schedules. Create and maintain replenishment plans to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to maintain optimal stock levels. 2. SKU Availability & Sales Channel Control Ensure out-of-stock SKUs are promptly deactivated across all sales channels to prevent overselling. Coordinate with Management, Marketing, and Development teams to manage product activation/deactivation. Reactivate SKUs immediately upon confirmed stock replenishment. Validate system inventory feeds to ensure accurate stock availability is reflected online. 3. Systems Reconciliation & Inventory Accuracy Reconcile inventory counts across OMS, WMS, ERP, and third-party sales platforms. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and 3PL warehouses. Partner with 3PL providers to validate stock adjustments, damages, returns, and transfer variances. Maintain accu
