Small Girls PR is looking for an Experiential Production Director with 7–9 years of experience leading multichannel projects across in-person activations and digital experiences. This includes developing cohesive experiential strategies, managing client relationships, concepting standout experiences that drive social conversation and press coverage, overseeing technical execution, managing complex timelines and large budgets, and developing talented producers. Experience working with clients / brands within fashion and/or beauty is highly valued for this role. This role will serve as the senior day-to-day lead across experiential accounts and projects, connecting creative ideas and production plans to clients’ broader brand and business objectives. The Experiential Production Director will work closely with senior leadership, keeping them informed of campaign progress, strategic or budgetary shifts, client needs, team performance, and potential risks. The right candidate knows how to lead a campaign from ideation through post-production and can project manage in their sleep. They are also prepared to dive into the details, knowing that no task is too small in the world of events. The Opportunity We're hiring a mid-level Product Designer to be the creative partner behind Enigma's go-to-market efforts. Our identity is mid-refresh, so this isn't a role that only applies to our existing design system, you'll help systematize its evolution. You'll work directly with our marketing lead (a generalist across channels and strategy) to turn GTM ideas into campaigns, web pages, sales collateral, and social content. What You’ll Do Shape GTM creative, don't just execute it. Partner on campaign concepts and go-to-market ideas, bringing your own point of view rather than filling in a pre-set brief. Systematize the brand system. Contribute to Enigma's brand organization including but not limited to maintaining asset libraries, deck templates, and brand guideline documents. Build and update the website. Design and ship pages directly in our custom CMS (deployed on Vercel), from layout to content to launch, alongside marketing and engineering. Create sales and marketing collateral. One-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and flexible slide systems the team can reuse for sales, marketing, and leadership. Own social and campaign content. Design LinkedIn carousels and campaign graphics, and cut short-form video (“cut-ups”) from longer source material. Design HubSpot campaign assets. Email templates and campaign landing pages that support lifecycle and demand-gen marketing. Prep imagery. Retouch and prepare hero and content images for web, social, and marketing channels. We are looking for an experienced Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Match Team and help shape the next generation of Enigma’s customer-facing data products. In this role, you will combine advanced statistical and machine learning research with the engineering systems required to power fast, relevant, and reliable search experiences at scale. This is a uniquely high-impact role sitting at the intersection of information retrieval, ranking systems, semantic search, distributed systems, and customer data delivery. As a Senior/Staff ML Engineer on the Match Team, you will lead efforts that improve the relevance, latency, and scalability of our customer-facing data products.
