Key Responsibilities Executive Support for Managing Director of India Manage the calendar of the Managing Director of India, including scheduling meetings. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, meals, and ground transportation; provide real-time support for itinerary adjustments due to schedule changes or disruptions. Plan and coordinate executive team events, including venue selection, catering, and onsite support; attend events as needed to stay connected with executive and team needs. Prepare, edit, and review documents, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Build comprehensive itineraries for conferences and complex travel schedules. Track and reconcile executive expenses, manage petty cash purchases, and process expense reports.
