The successful candidate will serve as a Supervisor and Engineering Lead on high voltage electric transmission line design projects of overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country as well as regional utilities. The candidate will apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards in the engineering and design of all types of capital and maintenance projects from 34.5 kV to 765 kV. Additionally, you will assist the team, as well as independently perform: engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, plans, and specifications, and prepare material procurement and construction documents. In this collaborative environment, you will be working alongside project planning, environmental, permitting, and construction management. The position provides the opportunity for you to develop an engineering team with direct report responsibilities. While also being accountable for managing client relations, proposal development, scope creation, and project management.
