Work Flexibility: Onsite This role will be based in one of our Cork sites. Providing manufacturing, product and process co-ordination support to the manufacturing line and Line Support. This is a great opportunity for students who are interested learning more about manufacturing operations. Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2027 Cooperative cohort. Tasks and responsibilities may include: Coordinate and prioritise production to meet customer requirements, maintain inventory levels and relevant Key Production Indicators (KPIs) as per the plan developed with the Operations Supervisor. Communicate and record output levels. Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in the maintaining of the Daily Management records. Collaborate with NPI teams to ensure that builds are prioritised and progressed through the line as per required timelines. Identify and manage training priorities vs business needs monthly Support the Line Support Team with the formation of a training schedule and ensuring the execution of the plan, ensuring versatility, station rotation and line staffing plans are adequate to meet business needs. Train & support the line SME’s in delivery of training. Support the implementation, and scheduling of training for document changes. Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in developing Production Training plans for new hires and ensure cross-training plans for employees are implemented. Work Flexibility: Onsite 23 month FTC - Stryker Anngrove This role is to execute assigned process development elements with an emphasis on manufacturing, metallurgy systems and technical documentation required to define and specify new manufacturing processes Support the advancement of R&D & NPI team product realisation through laboratory and prototyping support. What you will do: Provide Technical support for new process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures. Ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications. Support Project and Process Engineers on the development of manufacturing and/or inspection process flows as well as on executing DOE, DFM/DFI activities.
