JOB DESCRIPTION: The Materials Management Associate I supports basic materials handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving and restocking activities. This entry-level role works under close supervision and follows clearly defined procedures to ensure timely and accurate material flow in support of laboratory, production, and operational needs. Shift: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: · Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. · Operate equipment essential to job duties, including forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and other machinery specific to the site. · Place goods in designated storage areas and restock lab supplies as needed. · Fulfill internal material requests and deliver materials to appropriate locations. · Support basic inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM. · Assist with packaging and preparing outbound shipments, including compliance with DOT and IATA hazardous materials regulations. · Accurately document receipt, storage, and shipment records. · Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements. · Escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues per escalation protocols. · Eng
