Technical Sustainability Specialist – North America Description - This Technical Sustainability Specialist will lead sustainability-driven customer engagement across North America Enterprise Channel and Retail Accounts, with a focus on translating HP’s sustainability strategy into tangible business outcomes for customers. The role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and sustainability, acting as a strategic advisor to customers while enabling account teams to embed sustainability into commercial conversations. Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Engagement (Consultative / Account-Facing) Lead sustainability engagement across top North America Channel and Retail accounts customers. Partner closely with account teams, sales leaders, and category leads to shape customer strategy and unlock new opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on sustainability priorities (e.g., climate, circularity, nature, reporting) Represent HP sustainability in customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events Sales Support & Deal Enablement Support strategic RFPs, RFIs, and major deals with sustainability expertise Act as the subject matter expert on sustainability requirements and customer expectations Provide escalation support for complex customer sustainability queries Review and strengthen sustainability messaging in proposals and sales materials Go-to-Market & Strategy Execution Support development and execution of sustainability go-to-market strategies Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape offerings, solutions, and campaigns Contribute to sustainability-led campaigns, customer success s
