About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of Replit Agent — a core part of our mission to allow anyone to build software, without any coding experience. This role sits at the crossroads of product, engineering, and go-to-market , ensuring that every new feature we ship lands with clarity, excitement, and impact. We're looking for a Partnerships Lead, GSIs to build and scale Replit's relationships with the world's largest systems integrators. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of channel strategy, enterprise go-to-market, and ecosystem development. You'll own how Replit shows up for the EYs and Accentures of the world, building the programs, partnerships, and co-sell motions that turn GSI relationships into a meaningful revenue channel. AI-driven software development is reshaping how enterprises build, and GSIs are at the center of how that transformation gets delivered to their clients. This role is for someone who knows how GSIs work from the inside, their practice models, their incentives, their org structures, and who can build the trust and commercial frameworks needed to make Replit a go-to platform in their delivery stack. What You'll Do Own and develop Replit's GSI Channel program strategy, building on the momentum of our Accenture partnership to recruit, enable, and scale additional GSI relationships (e.g., Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and others). Serve as the primary relationship owner for key GSI partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, co-sell motions, and solution frameworks that drive pipeline and revenue. Build and manage the partner enablement program, including training, certifications, and technical resources that equip GSI teams to position and deliver Replit-powered solutions to their enterprise clients. About the role: This is a Product Engineering role specialized in monetization systems, and will lead that space at Replit. It’s a direct line to business impact. But it’s also critical to get right for our users. These are some of the most critical user journeys to get right. Getting them wrong creates the most frustrating experiences for users. So we’re looking for engineers who can build reliable and scalable billing systems and abstractions, while also translating that to an intuitive and friendly user experience. You will: Lead the architecture and implementation of monetization systems at Replit. Create seamless payment experiences for users for both product-led and sales-led motions. Build new abstractions and APIs for other engineers at Replit to monetize their new products. Iterate on pricing and packaging tactics to drive revenue growth. Examples include coupon codes and referral systems. Create monitoring and feedback systems so that we can proactively spot problems, fix them, and optimize performance. Required skills and experience: 6+ years of engineering experience, with strong skills working on the backend. Direct working experience in at least one of the following: Subscription platforms Usage-based billing SaaS Taxation Payment platforms Tokenization Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex billing issues and edge cases. Experience implementing customer-facing billing interfaces that simplify complex pricing structures.
