This is a hands-on, part-time position focused on office organization, coordination, and general administrative support. We're looking for someone available to work 10–20 hours per week , with some flexibility around academic commitments. What You’ll Do Keep office supplies, shared spaces, and conference rooms organized. Order supplies and coordinate with vendors and building management. Receive mail, packages, deliveries, and occasional visitors. Prepare the office for meetings, team lunches, and small events. Organize documents, receipts, and office records. Assist with scheduling and other basic administrative tasks. Help identify and resolve routine office needs. Support occasional errands and special projects. Who You Are Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Comfortable taking initiative and working independently. Friendly and professional when communicating with others.
