To assist the Building Manage r to perform his/her role and responsibilities as stated above. Facilities Executive (5.5 days) Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports. Responsible for coordinating and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement.
