AML Compliance Investigations Team Lead A key part of building our business is ensuring we do it with sustainable outcomes, compliant with regulations. Trust from all stakeholders is a key enabling factor to make Adyen successful in the long term. To achieve this, Adyen has organized a mature Second Line function that partners with the business to cut through financial crime risk complexities and power sustainable growth. Our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance team and framework are at the core of this. Within the global AML Compliance team, we are looking for an experienced professional located in Amsterdam and with a proven track record in AML Compliance. They will be leading the AML Compliance Investigations team, which is conducting Second Line AML Investigations and is responsible for the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to multiple local Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs). The mandate is to further grow this team of talented investigators, and develop beyond investigations into the proactive maintenance of SAR program oversight, managing local nuances, FIU contacts, and providing the rest of the Adyen organization insights into SAR trends and management reporting.
