What You’ll Do: Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC Contact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors Send invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges Assist in managing internal documents Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures. Overview: The role is responsible for managing and supporting the operations of Global Network Engineering in a hybrid/cloud environment and provides senior-level expertise to the network engineering team.
