About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about enabling self service within the College Pads PMC customer base. You will help scale how we onboard and support clients through automation, process optimization, and improve how ongoing client operations are delivered. You will work closely with Customer Success, Renewals, and Customer Operations to turn manual processes into scalable, self-service experiences. Your focus will be on improving data accuracy, increasing automation, and expanding CSM capacity by reducing manual, repeatable work. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a Customer Success Operations function with greater ownership of systems and tooling. What You Will Own : Onboarding Operations & Process Execution- • Support and execute onboarding workflows designed by Customer Operations • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements • Translate manual processes into structured, repeatable systems Self-Service & Workflow Automation- • Build and maintain forms, templates, and workflows that enable self-service onboarding and updates • Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks • Partner with internal teams to test and roll out automation and AI-driven solutions Data Accuracy & Listing Management- • Own the quality and cons

In this role, you’ll help deliver smooth, compliant, and employee-friendly HR processes from onboarding through exit, while building strong relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.At Cohere, People Operations is about creating a great employee experience through simple, reliable, and scalable processes. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and contribute to the continued improvement of HR operations, employee support, and process documentation. The role is ideal for someone who brings strong execution skills, empathy, and a curiosity to learn and improve. What you’ll do Onboarding and employee experience Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires, from pre-boarding to post-joining follow-up. Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining experience. Conduct or support new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of required documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding trackers. Help improve onboarding checklists, templates, and employee communications. Benefits administration Support employee benefits processes by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Assist with annual enrollment and renewal activities. Respond to employee queries related to benefits, wellness, and related policies. Help maintain accurate benefits data and flag discrepancies for resolution. Leave management Manage leave administration support for statutory and company leave policies. Guide employees on leave processes and documentation in line with Indian labor law and company policy. Coordinate with employees, managers, payroll, and external partners for leave processing. Maintain accurate leave records and support return-to-work coordination. Assist wi
