The Role: Office Manager We're looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to own the day-to-day experience of our Soho HQ. You’ll be the person who makes sure our office is welcoming, organized, stocked, and running smoothly—from morning coffee and team lunches to candidate visits, happy hours, new hire arrivals, and everything in between. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who takes pride in the details and genuinely enjoys making things run better for the people around them. You’ll be a familiar and welcoming face to employees and guests while owning the behind the scenes logistics that keep our office operating at its best. You’ll work closely with our People team and report directly to our People Operations Manager, while partnering with IT, Finance, leadership, vendors, and employees across the company. This is an onsite role at our Soho office, Monday - Friday.
