Initially, the role will focus on prospect nurture, database activation, and sales handoff; over time, it will help expand our lifecycle capabilities across adoption, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and re-engagement. In this role, you will: Define the B2B lifecycle strategy, journey architecture, audience framework, communication principles, and roadmap across prospect and customer stages.
