Senior Medical Writer Position Overview The Senior Medical Writer must have a proven record of independently and successfully executing the responsibilities and successfully demonstrating the competencies outlined below. You are the primary technical contact for 2–4 major enterprise accounts, you mentor FDEs on the team, and you are building the skills that will take you into Staff-level technical leadership. What You'll Do Own complex integration and AI agent implementations end-to-end — from technical discovery through go-live and post-launch enhancement — as the primary technical contact for 2–4 enterprise accounts Design integration architectures with explicit attention to error handling, retry logic, observability, failure recovery, and multi-system authentication Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that orchestrate supply chain operations — from requirements through production, including regression testing and validation before each customer deployment Deploy AI agent workflows live with customers present — configuring and troubleshooting in the room during customer calls, not gathering requirements to build later Run customer discovery

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Pipeline Management: Maintain high-throughput streaming pipelines to ingest logs from various sources (Firewalls, Cloud, Endpoints) to a central destination. Log Normalization: Write parsers to convert raw, messy logs into standard schemas (e.g., OCSF or ECS) for consistent querying. Cost Optimization: Implement routing logic to send "high-value" data to the SIEM and "bulk" data to low-cost Object Storage (Data Lake). Data Preparation: Clean and structure data to enable AI/ML detection models and advanced analytics. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Data Engineering: Proficiency in Python (for ETL) and SQL (for complex querying). Streaming Tech: Experience with Message Queues (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub) and stream processing concepts. Log Handling: Mastery of Regex and log parsing strategies for standard formats (Syslog, CEF, JSON). Storage Architecture: Understanding of Data Lake principles (Parquet/Avro formats) vs. Data Warehouses. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE Experience with Vector Databases for storing embeddings. Knowledge of Log Observability/Routing tools (middleware that routes logs). Familiarity with Big Data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink). What you’ll do Act as the in-house electrical lead for Midjourney Medical: own the electrical architecture of the scanner and the technical direction for all board-level design. Own complex board design end-to-end: architecture, schematic capture, layout (high-speed digital, analog/mixed-signal, power), DFM/DFT, fabrication and assembly vendor management, bring-up, and revision control.
