What You’ll Do Oversee the entire monthly payroll cycles across India, Australia, Japan, and Singapore. Ensure accurate payrolls for new hires, exits, promotions, transfers and all types of variable pays. Conduct audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and different stakeholders on onboarding documentation, monthly variable pay, and all monthly payroll inputs. Monitor compliance with local payroll legislation and tax requirements. Maintain up to date employee records in HRIS/payroll systems and support all employee payroll related inquiries. Partner with third-party vendors and provide global payroll backup support. Identify process improvements and strengthen payroll system controls. Deliver professional customer service to employees and internal stakeholders. About you Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field is preferred. 5+ years of payroll experience is a strong advantage. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, this role partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery.
