You love turning real business problems into working AI solutions — and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to ship them. In this role, you’ll lead Diligent’s internal AI Solutions function , a small, high-impact team that is embedding AI and GenA I into the systems thousands of colleagues use every day across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal, and Product & Engineering. You’ll set the AI vision and roadmap for internal tools, architect solutions, and still build hands-on — from prototypes and reference implementations through to production-grade integrations . You’ll own how AI shows up inside ERP, CRM, BI and core IT platforms, and you’ll be accountable for making those solutions reliable, secure, compliant, and measurably valuable for the business. If you enjoy being a “player-coach” who can move seamlessly between executive conversations and deep technical reviews, this role gives you the scope, visibility, and impact to shape how a global SaaS leader uses AI to run smarter and faster. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers, setting clear goals and building the capabilities the business needs as AI demand scales. Define and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal AI solutions, translating business priorities into a focused portfolio of AI and platform initiatives. Design and deliver end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions — from ideation and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Embed AI capabilities (such as RAG, copilots, agents, summarization, and classification) into core business applications including ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems in a robust, maintainable way.

Who You Are We're looking for innovative and passionate Machine Learning Engineers to join our team. You are someone who loves solving complex problems, enjoys the challenges of working with huge data sets, and has a knack for turning theoretical concepts into practical, scalable solutions. You are a strong team player but also thrive in autonomous environments where your ideas can make a significant impact. You love utilizing machine learning techniques to push the boundaries of what is possible within the realm of Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval and related spaces. Most importantly, you are excited to be part of a mission-oriented high-growth startup that can create a lasting impact. You Will Conceptualize, develop, and deploy machine learning models that underpin our NLP, retrieval, ranking, reasoning, dialog and code-generation systems. Implement advanced machine learning algorithms, such as Transformer-based models, reinforcement learning, ensemble learning, and agent-based systems to continually improve the performance of our AI systems. Process and analyze large, complex datasets (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured), and use your findings to inf
Platform administration isn't the part of the product anyone screenshots for a demo. Nobody's writing a blog post about your identity provisioning flow. But it's the thing every other team at Diligent quietly depends on more than any other dev team in the company and when it breaks, everyone notices immediately. If that kind of quiet, high-stakes ownership sounds appealing rather than thankless, keep reading. This role is for someone who wants real skin in the game: you build it, you ship it, you support it. We're a high-initiative team that improves things we see first and asks permission later, building secure, event-driven microservices in TypeScript on AWS, and treating infrastructure as code the same way we treat application code: with rigor, not as an afterthought. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Design and build secure, scalable full-stack services using AWS serverless tech (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway) — with real attention to event-driven patterns and observability, not just "does it work on my machine." Own your services in production. That means building good observability, keeping an eye on alerts, and responding to them before they become bigger problems. Build infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and push for CI/CD that ships safely and often — not "big bang" releases you have to pray over. Design RESTful APIs other teams will actually want to consume: clear contracts, sane versioning, no surprises. Write tests — unit, integration, end-to-end — as part of how you build, not a chore you do after. Show up to architecture discussions with opinions and documentation, not just vibes. Use AI tools to move faster on coding, debugging, testing, and research — but you're still the one who validates the output. These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience in an agile, full-stack-focused environment. Solid full-stack fundamentals: request lifecycles, d
