Business Analyst - Payments Pricing As a Business Analyst - Pricing in the Global Payments Pricing team, you'll be central to Adyen's financial performance in global card payments. This role goes beyond traditional pricing - you'll be our team's expert on interchange and scheme fee charges for Card Networks such as Mastercard and Visa in the EMEA region, and ensure the financial stability of Adyen’s transactional cost prediction engine. Your responsibilities include optimizing our fee structure, contributing to reconciliation of costs, improving our processes and tooling, and generating insights that provide a holistic understanding of complex fee dynamics. You will reinforce Adyen’s commitment to fee transparency and reduce our customer’s total cost of payment. As the go-to expert within the Global Payments Pricing team, you’ll work closely together with global teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Partnerships. Financial Products The Financial Products solution is responsible for all financial products that we offer on top of payments processing to our customers. Examples of these are our Banking, Issuing, Fx, and Capital products. Whether we work with large partner platforms, medium sized local merchants, or major international enterprise businesses, our products need to meet our clients expectations and seamlessly fit into their systems. What you’ll do: Work on complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing and launch into production. Be hands-on and contribute to the implementation. Identify and improve parts of the platform to make it more robust and scalable. Bring your own point of view on best engineering practices. Your code will be used at scale and you are expected to think in that mindset when building features. We launch fast and iterate often. AML Compliance Investigations Team Lead A key part of building our business is ensuring we do it with sustainable outcomes, compliant with regulations. Trust from all stakeholders is a key enabling factor to make Adyen successful in the long term. To achieve this, Adyen has organized a mature Second Line function that partners with the business to cut through financial crime risk complexities and power sustainable growth. Our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance team and framework are at the core of this. Within the global AML Compliance team, we are looking for an experienced professional located in Amsterdam and with a proven track record in AML Compliance. They will be leading the AML Compliance Investigations team, which is conducting Second Line AML Investigations and is responsible for the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to multiple local Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs). The mandate is to further grow this team of talented investigators, and develop beyond investigations into the proactive maintenance of SAR program oversight, managing local nuances, FIU contacts, and providing the rest of the Adyen organization insights into SAR trends and management reporting.
