The Role The Americas Senior Director, Evergreen Subscription Sales, leads the segment strategy, vision, and execution of the Evergreen subscription portfolio for the Americas Core segment. This role translates global portfolio direction and company objectives into a multi-functional Americas Core segment strategy that increases subscription adoption, recurring revenue, pipeline progression, customer value, and commercial effectiveness. The Senior Director leads the Americas Core Evergreen Subscription Sales organization, develops Americas Core territory and market plans, establishes operating policies and mechanisms, and partners with executive leadership to deliver sustainable business results. The role has broad responsibility and significant operational latitude within the Americas Core segment. It influences strategy, policy, resource allocation, and execution across Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Services, and Operations. Account Executives and Regional Sales retain ownership of customer relationships and core account execution; the Senior Director is accountable for the Americas Core Evergreen Subscription Sales function, segment commercial outcomes, organizational capability, and cross-functional alignment.
