Key Responsibilities Own client onboarding from sales handover to go-live. Understand client workflows, systems, and integration requirements. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Client teams for seamless deployment. Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Conduct client training sessions and drive product adoption. Track onboarding KPIs, client satisfaction, and implementation success. Gather client feedback and support continuous product improvements. Ideal Candidate 2–5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering.
