Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and quality service delivery. Identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly. Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering associate engagement and development. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics. Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager Critical Skills & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience. High volume restaurant experience preferred Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the Guest Experience • Set the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house • Stay visible on the floor and interact with guests to assess and elevate their experience • Always uphold operating procedures and guest safety and satisfaction standards • Ensure all guest areas are fully staffed and functioning efficiently Coach and Develop the Team • Supervise front of house team members and coach them in the moment • Drive team member engagement and create a team culture rooted in care and accountability • Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development • Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensure completion Manage Operations • Execute opening and closing procedures

Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations. Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions. Help with golf clubs and equipment. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue. Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team.
