We are building a first-of-its-kind ISV partner motion at MongoDB, and this role is a founding part of that effort. As Sr. Partner Manager for ISVs, you will own the identification, development, and scaling of partnerships with independent software vendors across two key categories: industry-specific ISVs building vertical applications in markets like financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, and manufacturing, and horizontal AI-native ISVs developing platforms and tools that serve builders across industries. This is a greenfield opportunity. You will help shape the program from the ground up, define how MongoDB goes to market with ISV partners, and build a repeatable playbook that scales. You will move from initial outreach and product-market fit validation through to field distribution and co-sell execution with MongoDB's sales organization. This role requires a rare combination of business development instinct, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in London for our hybrid working model. What You'll Do ISV Partnership Development Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential ISV partners across both vertical (industry-specific) and horizontal (AI-native) categories, prioritizing partners with strong product-market fit and distribution potential Source and structure partnership agreements, define joint value propositions, and establish the commercial and technical foundations for long-term partnership success. Validate initial product-market fit with new ISV partners through early integration work, customer proof points, and joint pipeline generation Partner Scaling and Field Distribution Develop and execute partner GTM plans that activate MongoDB's sales field around ISV partner solutions, including co-sell plays, joint account targeting, and field enablement materials Work with ISV partners to drive adoption and distribution of validated integratio

About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team The Customer Value Architect (CVA) team sits inside Mixpanel's Revenue organization and owns the connection between what customers buy and what they actually get out of Mixpanel. You'll work alongside an Account Executive (AE), who owns growth, new business, and expansion; a Renewal Manager (RM), who owns the commercial renewal; and a Delivery Engineer (DE), who owns technical implementation and data health — each with a clear lane, converging on the same outcome for the customer. At this level, you'll also help shape how the wider CVA team operates. About the Role This is not a build role, but real comfort with data is required. As a Senior Customer Value Architect, you are accountable for adoption, value realization, and account health across a portfolio of Mixpanel's existing customers — including the most structurally complex accounts, such as those going through a platform migration, re-implementation, or major workflow change, where the value motion and a genuine cross-functional program have to run in parallel. You own the value case and the adoption evidence that underpins both the Account Executive's expansion motion and the Renewal Manager's renewal, without ever owning pricing or the commercial negotiation yourself. You're also expected to extend your impact beyond your own accounts: mentoring, sharpening team playbooks, and representing the Customer Value Architect function in cross-functional account strategy. Datadog's Technical Solutions (TS) organization is one of the largest organizations in the company — spanning Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Enterprise Customer Success Managers, Technical Support Engineers, and Solutions Architects who work with prospects and customers across every stage of their journey with Datadog. Technical Solutions Operations (TSO) exists to make that organization faster, smarter, and more scalable. We build the systems, analytics & programs that give TS teams more leverage — and we measure our success by the business outcomes we drive, not the projects we complete. The programs this team runs touch every function in TS, and the operating model you build will define how that scales. We're looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the TSO Program Management team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll own the programs that shape how TS operates at scale, lead a team of technical program managers, and serve as a peer to the Directors and VPs who run the teams you support. Your counterparts are leaders overseeing hundreds of customer-facing technical professionals, and your role is to successfully interface with each organization with proactive solutions on how your team can help them be more effective. This is a rare opportunity to lead a function where the output isn't a deliverable, it's organizational capability. If you want to build something that compounds across an entire organization, this is the role.
