About the Role Replit is investing seriously in paid media — TV, CTV, online video, out-of-home, audio, social, and search — and we need the person who makes that investment work. This role is the internal owner of our media program: you'll direct our external media agencies, pressure-test their plans, steward the budget, and hold every dollar accountable for reaching the right audiences on the right channels at the right time. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and act as the connective tissue between our brand and growth teams and our agency partners. This is not a hands-on-keyboard activation role. You won't be living in Ads Manager — you'll be the person who briefs the agency, challenges the channel mix, catches the pacing problem before it becomes a budget problem, and translates campaign performance into decisions leadership can act on.
