About the Role: Smartsheet is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Field & Partner Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in India. This role provides centralized program execution and operational support to our Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and Partner Marketing leads across North America, handling the repeatable, detail-intensive work that keeps regional campaigns, events, and partner programs running smoothly. You will work behind the scenes on tracking, reporting, and coordination so that regional field marketers can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder relationships. You will partner closely with FMMs and Partner Marketing Managers day-to-day. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured execution, has an eye for detail, and wants to build broad exposure to field and partner marketing operations. This role will report directly to the Marketing COE Director with a matrixed accountability to the Field Marketing Manager Team across North America.
