About the role As the EMEA Lead – Sales Engineering, you'll lead and grow DevRev's Sales Engineering team across EMEA. It's a hands-on leadership role, you'll directly manage a distributed team of SEs across multiple markets and time zones, while personally partnering with Sales leadership on the region's most strategic opportunities. You'll set the bar for a high-quality technical experience across the customer journey — blending technical depth with storytelling across demos, evaluations, and proposals, in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. What you'll do Hire, coach, and grow a distributed team of Sales Engineers across multiple EMEA markets — owning recruiting, ramping, goal-setting, reviews, and career development. Manage team capacity and coverage — allocating SE resources across deals, markets, and time zones, and representing SE in regional Sales leadership and forecasting. Own SE strategy and execution across EMEA, partnering with Sales leadership on pipeline growth and revenue targets.
