About the role As the EMEA Lead – Sales Engineering, you'll lead and grow DevRev's Sales Engineering team across EMEA. It's a hands-on leadership role, you'll directly manage a distributed team of SEs across multiple markets and time zones, while personally partnering with Sales leadership on the region's most strategic opportunities. Our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance team and framework are at the core of this. Within the global AML Compliance team, we are looking for an experienced professional located in Amsterdam and with a proven track record in AML Compliance. They will be leading the AML Compliance Investigations team, which is conducting Second Line AML Investigations and is responsible for the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to multiple local Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs). The mandate is to further grow this team of talented investigators, and develop beyond investigations into the proactive maintenance of SAR program oversight, managing local nuances, FIU contacts, and providing the rest of the Adyen organization insights into SAR trends and management reporting.
