Here’s a summary of the role: Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager (Risk & Audit) to join our growing Professional Services team, driving successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value for our customers. In this role, you will lead customer adoption and implementation projects for Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, with a strong focus on driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and executing implementations in line with Diligent’s established Services Strategy methodology. This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand . Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence. Candidates based in one of our office locations within Singapore, Australia or New Zealand are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time in line with our hybrid working policy. For candidates based elsewhere within these countries, where we do not have an office, remote working arrangements will be considered. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Leading multiple end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions for clients, from project kick-off through to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Proactively manage portfolio operations, accurate time and scope capture within project, project financials, team utilization, and time management. Mobilize the right team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overrun
