Property Executive What this job involves: The Property Executive are the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, and including supervision to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently. Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team but not limited to the following: in all site measurement and records, uploading of field data to the computerised FM system, planning of works and services including considerations for improvement works, and controlling the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists. Facilities Executive (5.5 days) Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports. Responsible for coordinating and improve efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangement. Review cleaners’ and landscapers’ deployment and duties to optimal use of manpower. Regular inspection for conformance to service standards and expectation of cleanliness, waste management, landscape and pest control. Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
