The Wizards Play Network (WPN) plays a key role in this mission — assisting retailers, nurturing active play communities, and delivering excellent player experiences. The WPN Retail Development Representative takes charge of growing and sustaining the Wizards Play Network throughout a varied, multi-market region spanning APAC. This position handles partner onboarding, retailer relationship management, and market expansion work across multiple markets characterized by diverse languages, regulatory settings, and retail progression levels. Based in Singapore, the role is at the operational hub of the region. It enables efficient travel connectivity, aligns timezones across the group, and is close to the region's most developed WPN market. What You’ll Do WPN Partner Onboarding & Retailer Support Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new WPN retail partners across all seven markets Serve as the primary point of contact for existing WPN retailers, handling critical issues, product support queries, and account management Maintain accurate records of retailer status, tier, and engagement across the region Wizards Play Network Development Develop and carry out Wizards Play Network growth plans, to drive store growth and develop the Southeast Asia region. Identify and prioritize new partner opportunities based on local market potential to help expand play and commercial availability across the region.
