About the People Team and the role The People Team supports the full employee journey at THG Ingenuity, from attracting and welcoming new colleagues through to development, payroll, employee relations and leaving the business. As an Apprentice People Services Assistant, you will join our People Services team and gain practical experience across a wide range of people administration activities. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, managers and employees, developing your knowledge of HR systems, processes and employment practices while completing your apprenticeship. Key Responsibilities Support core CS operational performance reporting across the department, including divisional headcount, budgets and key performance metrics such as CSAT and APH.
