Position Overview As we accelerate Diligent's presence across EMEA's specialist services markets, we're looking for a driven, commercially sharp sales professional who can win and grow with senior buyers in a governed, compliance-driven world. This is a rare opportunity to join Specialty Markets, a high-growth EMEA division serving the firms that manage governance, entities, risk and audit on behalf of their clients. You'll own a defined, high-value territory with a clear mandate: grow net-new revenue and expand within an established base of Diligent relationships. If you know how to sell complex, multi-stakeholder software into professional and regulated services firms – and can get credible with their leaders fast – this role was built for you. The Market You'll Sell Into You'll sell to professional and regulated services firms that deliver governance, entity, risk, compliance and audit work on behalf of their clients. In practice that spans fund administrators, corporate service providers, management companies (ManCos / AIFMs), law firms, private equity and venture capital firms, trust & fiduciary services, risk advisers, and audit & advisory firms. This isn't back-office compliance – it's a revenue-generating service line they deliver to their own clients. Diligent's platform underpins how they run and scale that work, which makes us central to how they win, serve and grow their client base, not just how they stay compliant. Jurisdictions: this is a single, flexible mandate that can be run across any of our key offshore and onshore markets – including the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the UK, Cayman, BVI, Bermuda, the Isle of Man and the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Own the full commercial cycle across your patch – from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close and upsell – working both new-logo acquisition and account expansion. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! Role Overview: Building AI agents that can assist with any kind of enterprise work is a challenging, open-ended problem. One key piece of solving it is replicating real work environments as realistically as possible - filling them with hard tasks to solve, creating plausible input data, and defining clear rewards for completing the work the right way. We build many of these reinforcement learning (RL) environments, then drop our agents into them to evaluate or train them. In this role, you are responsible for creating these RL environments, running AI agents inside them, and improving both the agents and the environments in the process. The results reach customers, whose feedback feeds back in - and the agent/environment improvement loop continues. Key Responsibilities: There are many open problems in this space. As a Member of Technical Staff, RL Environments, you will: Build new RL environments targeting different agentic capabilities and industry areas Train and evaluate agents in those environments Make all the pieces work together: tasks, data, tool implementations, and verifiers Work across modeling and product to identify
About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. The Role You'll be an engineer who builds AI agents in production, sitting close to the customers who depend on them. This is a full-stack engineering job with an unusually short distance between your code and someone's actual workday. You'll write Go and Python, design schemas, build evals, and present your solution to a senior executive at an enterprise - often in the same week. What You'll Do Design and ship production agents. You'll build agents that are mission-critical from day one: embedded in Teams, Slack, intranets, voice lines, and email, taking real actions against SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, and a long tail of systems nobody has heard of. These run at enterprise volume under enterprise scrutiny. Own the full lifecycle. Discovery, build, eval, launch, and the unglamorous months afterward where an agent goes from good to genuinely reliable. Work directly with the people whose problem it is. You'll sit with leaders at global enterprises, extract the process from their heads, and decide what should be an agent, what should be a workflow, and what should stay human. Push your work back into the platform. The best patterns you find in the field become part of Ema's core product

About the Job: We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built — from tactics through hands-on execution — and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director. In this role, you'll get to innovate and design impactful, memorable experiences that drive real results. Responsibilities: Own the EMEA field calendar end-to-end — from tactics and planning through execution and post-event follow-through, across owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, and partner co-marketing events etc. Lead regional sponsorship approach and vendor management — negotiate sponsorship packages and deliverables, coordinate on assets and work with agencies, partners and vendors. Design differentiated, memorable experiences — go beyond the standard execution model to create formats that genuinely engage audiences and build awareness around the brand. Partner closely with EMEA Sales — work hand-in-hand with Sales and SDR teams on field activities, on-site engagement, and structured post-event follow-up. Act as a confident, credible voice with internal stakeholders to represent Marketing. Own reporting and ROI — track leads, pipeline capture, and spend against your Marketing activities and campaigns, and report results back to leadership. Operate independently — take action and define approach, budget requests, format, and vendors in line with Sales

The FDE function will lead the change on how we embed AI agents into some of the world’s most complex governance, risk and compliance environments. This is not a support or consultancy role. It is a builder role, for someone who is equally comfortable reading a failing agent trace, running a discovery workshop with a bank’s internal audit team, and translating what they find into a production-grade agentic solution. You will be building AI agents for GRC professionals , not assistants that surface suggestions, but agents that own complex, multi-step workflows end to end . Agents that customers can hand a task to and trust it will come back done. Closing the gap between a promising prototype and something a company Board and ELT depends on is a completely . Run agent-focused discovery workshops, rapidly prototype agentic solutions, and test them with practitioners; distinguishing between workflows that need an agent and those that need a button. Source, integrate, and move data between enterprise systems as part of live customer implementations — understanding the real data landscape customers operate in and building reliable pipelines to support it .
