Role Overview: PlayStation Studios Finance team is seeking a Manager, FP&A, Creative and Services to join the team. This role will be a key finance partner to Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studios teams, with direct ownership of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and business support for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts. The role will manage two analysts who support broader Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studios finance activities. The Manager will help business partners understand financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, support cost optimisation, and drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is a strong business partner and people leader with excellent analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. You are comfortable building financial models, driving process improvement, supporting business cases, and developing a high-performing team.
