About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp's first post-sales hire in Europe doesn't just activate customers, they set the standard for what post-sales excellence looks like in a brand new market. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who can move a customer from onboarding to true business value without losing the commercial thread. You'll own a book of customers end-to-end: responsible for driving genuine activation and adoption, and for finding and closing the expansion opportunities that follow when customers are actually getting value. There is no handoff here. Onboarding and growth live in the same seat. As one of the first people on the ground in London, you'll have real accountability from day one, and the work you do will directly shape how Ramp builds its post-sales motion across Europe. If you're someone who uses AI the way high performers use any sharp tool (as a default, not an experiment), who is energized by building from scratch, and who wants to own outcomes rather than just

You will manage end-to-end production, implement guest management strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every event is amplified globally and executed flawlessly. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Roll out and flawlessly execute the international events roadmap across all active markets, translating high-level strategy into actionable on-site plans Coordinate immediate event resourcing, including the sourcing and onboarding of local contractors, production agencies, and catering/venue vendors Manage the day-to-day logistics, travel, and scheduling for instructors and talent participating in international activations Deliver the physical execution of live events, bringing pre-defined global creative concepts to life in ways that are unique, memorable, and culturally relevant Coordinate a dynamic, fast-moving calendar of live activations, including flagship experiences anchored at Peloton Studios London, instructor-led events, brand pop-ups, and community gatherings (including Run Clubs and fitness meetups) Implement and manage the tactical workflows for ticketing, RSVP platforms, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences (VIPs, media, influencers, high-value members, and community) Lead end-to-end on-site operations including attendee check-in processes, crowd management, venue setup, VIP hospitality workflows, and live troubleshooting, to guarantee seamless execution Oversee legal requirements, contract negotiations, and venue permits for all international events to ensure full regulator
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role Most people think AI is coming for their job. We think it's coming for the boring parts of it. We’re not looking for a social media manager. We’re looking for a Social Media Lead — someone who’s plugged into the conversation at a level that goes beyond posting. Someone who understands that the debate happening right now around AI and human creativity is one of the most consequential of our time, and who wants to be an active voice in shaping it. Less Gordon Ramsay, more Anthony Bourdain. You'd own how Synthesia shows up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Not just posting. Thinking. Helping figure out what a leading AI company should sound like in culture, and then making it happen. You'll work within brand foundations built by people who've shaped some of the most iconic companies in the world. But social is its own language and we know that. You'll have a real say in how the voice evolves. The team You'll report into the Head of Social Media and work alongside a team of six, including videographers, editors, and creators who produce exceptional content in-house across every format and channel. This team can make anything. What they need from you is someone who knows how to make i
