We’re looking for an Account Intelligence & Outbound Specialist to help us create meaningful outbound engagement and pipeline opportunities across priority global strategic accounts. You’ll use Talkwalker insights, market signals, account research and hands-on outbound to build commercially relevant, account specific-outbound that creates movement in the accounts that matter most by identifying the right people, moments and messages to activate complex enterprise accounts working alongside two Global Strategic Account Managers. You will be reporting to the Director, Outbound Strategy. Please note that the role may include 10% of travel to events; other Hootsuite offices, etc. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Conduct deep research across priority global strategic accounts to understand their business context, market environment, brand activity, audience sentiment, competitive landscape and relevant commercial signals. Leverage Talkwalker insights, social listening, news, campaign activity, reputation signals and account history to identify timely and relevant reasons to engage prospective customers. Identify and map complex buying groups, decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders across global strategic accounts, including marketing, communications, social media, insights, customer care, digital, analytics, procurement, legal, security, Data Privacy, regional teams and executive leadership. Design and execute insight-led, account-specific outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, using commercial relevance rather than generic product messaging.
