The opportunity The best CEOs don't scale alone. As Executive Assistant to our CEO, Jaleh, your job is to scale her time and energy across every Mutineer, customer, and investor she touches. This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. You'll run the physical and social heartbeat of the company too, from the office to the events that keep a fast-growing team connected. Do this well and you become the person Jaleh and the whole company can't imagine operating without. What you'll own Jaleh's time. Calendar, email, travel, expenses, and event coordination. Be the trusted partner who responds fast and resolves every internal request before it becomes a problem. The inbox, in her voice. Build playbooks for processing email on Jaleh's behalf and route only what truly needs her. This takes sharp judgment, strong writing, and a real feel for how she thinks and how the company works. About the Role Ramp is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across our Go-To-Market Finance organization. This role sits at the intersection of a high-stakes, high-confidentiality function — deal-making and financial oversight — and requires someone with exceptional discretion, sharp judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal direction in sensitive environments. You will support Finance executive driving GTM financial planning, forecasting, and business operations. A core part of this role is active inbox management for multiple executives — triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging what needs immediate attention, and ensuring nothing of consequence gets missed. About the Role The Onboarding team owns the product flows and platform that powers all new customer account creation at Ramp. This includes Ramp's application decisioning system that interfaces with our fraud, compliance, and credit underwriting models. As an engineer here, you’ll own workstreams that expand Ramp's total serviceable market and improve the end-to-end customer onboarding experience. You’ll partner with product, data, and design, and work directly with stakeholders across sales, marketing, risk strategy, operations, and finance to accelerate Ramp’s growth.
