Datadog's Service Management suite — spanning App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call — helps enterprises detect, triage, and resolve operational issues faster while automating the manual toil around incident response. As a Product Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with Datadog customers and the Service Management product team to design architectures, implement best practices, and drive adoption of App Builder, Incident Management, Event Management, Workflow Automation, and On-Call across customer environments.
