As a Principal Program Manager, you will deliver large projects or programs and drive new service opportunities, working with both customers as well as internal stakeholders. You will be the overall Program Lead for a large customer acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and/or Executive Sponsor of the Program, collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft the vision, develop the strategy, build the roadmap of use cases, build program/project plan, proactively mitigate risks and execute on delivering customer value.
