What You'll Do As a Client Development Representative (CDR), you’ll own customer engagement and expansion within an assigned book of Brex existing customers. You’ll combine high-velocity outreach with consultative discovery to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable customer and revenue outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone building a sales career who enjoys developing customer relationships, navigating commercial conversations, and partnering cross-functionally to drive results. Where You'll Work This role will be based either within our New York City, San Francisco, Vancouver or Seattle offices. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year

About the Role We’re looking for an Account Manager to support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform. You will manage a portfolio of partners and serve as a trusted advisor, helping them achieve their business objectives while ensuring a strong and responsible experience on our platform. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, strategy, and execution. You’ll work closely with Sales to drive long-term partner growth and with internal teams to continuously improve the advertiser experience. This role will be hybrid in Seattle, WA.
