What you’ll do As Commercial Counsel at Brex, you will be an integral and versatile member of the Legal team and will support all aspects of the Company's commercial legal efforts. You will handle legal review and negotiation of Brex customer contracts, working closely with sales and other revenue-supporting teams to close deals efficiently while protecting the Company's interests. What you’ll Do: Brex extends credit to businesses, and Collections helps customers resolve past-due balances while managing credit losses and preserving customer relationships wherever possible. The team manages accounts from failed payments and early delinquency through payment plans, workouts, charge-off, and legal recovery. Our portfolio consists of unsecured business credit, requiring sound commercial judgment and an understanding of busines
