About the Role You'll be the architect of our endpoint security posture across the full fleet — macOS, Windows, and BYOD mobile devices. You'll build secure-by-default controls with Terraform and GitOps, harden endpoints at scale, and automate the full device lifecycle so nothing depends on a human remembering to click the right button. You'll partner with IT, SecOps, and engineering teams to sharpen our telemetry and detections, mentor other engineers, and raise the bar on what "low-friction security" actually means. Everything you ship will be auditable, measurable, and built for the long run. We're also thinking seriously about how corporate security evolves in an agentic world — where AI agents act on behalf of employees and traditional identity and endpoint assumptions break down. Premier Support is the dedicated support team for Ramp's largest and most complex customers - the Enterprise and Strategic accounts running global, multi-entity finance operations on Ramp. Our specialists support these accounts with real depth: they know the businesses, stakeholders, and systems, and they're the people the customer comes to when something matters. It's high-touch, relationship-led support. About the Role Ramp is hiring an Associate Manager to lead Premier Support. This is a small team of senior specialists - six today, scaling meaningfully, who are the daily point of contact for the accounts Ramp can least afford to get wrong. About the Role Ramp's Sales Development organization is the engine of the company's top-of-funnel growth — one of the highest-output SDR teams in the industry, and a function that is expanding rapidly. With large cohorts of new reps joining every quarter and the entire organization now being asked to pitch a multi-product suite across procurement, AP, treasury, and expense personas, the way Ramp enables its SDRs has to change. Until now, enablement has been manager-led, ad hoc, and reactive. That model worked when the product was simpler and the team was smaller. It doesn't scale to a large and growing SDR organization, quarterly cohorts of new hires who are mostly entering their first corporate environment, and a company-wide push to expand how SDRs position Ramp across the full product surface. The SDR Enablement Manager is the hire that makes this transition real. About the Role Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision. In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
