The Opportunity As the Creative Director, you will lead the visual and conceptual identity of New Relic across all brand touchpoints—from global enterprise marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and AI product launches to our signature corporate events and executive briefs. You will manage and mentor a talented internal team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia creators, while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Executive Leadership. Your mission is to push the boundaries of B2B tech branding, making the concept of "observability" as visually compelling as it is technically revolutionary. What You’ll Do Shape the Brand Vision: Oversee, evolve, and enforce New Relic’s global visual identity, voice, and brand guidelines across all digital, print, and experiential mediums. Lead & Mentor: Manage a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, fostering a highly collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, technical curiosity, and excellence. Shape Campaign Creative Strategy: Concept and mock up end-to-end creative directions that support multi-channel initiatives, including major product launches, global events, paid media, and digital experiences.
