What You Will Do as a Director of Global Trade Compliance: Direct Hasbro’s worldwide trade compliance approach by ensuring adherence to changing geopolitical, regulatory, customs, tariff, sanctions, and forced labor rules. Support business continuity and reduce financial and reputational risks. Serve as the primary trade compliance advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic mentorship on trade policy developments, emerging risks, and global regulatory changes that impact Hasbro's operations. Lead and develop a distributed group of 12 professionals responsible for all aspects of Hasbro's trade compliance program, including tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, customs broker management, restricted party screening, and trade program governance. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the program, ensure adherence to global trade standards, such as CTPAT, Importer Self-Assessment (ISA), Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs, denied party screening, sanctions regulations, forced labor requirements, and other customs and trade-related responsibilities.
